Privacy Policy

The City Population and Development Office collects personal information from couples who complete Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counseling. Data is used to run the session, issue certificates, and keep office records.

Profile and MEAI answers may be used to produce a compatibility assessment that helps counselors plan the session. It is decision support only and does not decide whether a couple passes. Voice and camera recording during MEAI is optional and only happens if you agree on the consent screen. Raw recordings are deleted automatically after processing and are never kept longer than 24 hours; only numeric voice and facial-expression features are stored.

Staff access is limited by role (super admin, admin, counselor). This installation is for Bago City only. A fuller privacy notice can replace this placeholder when the office adopts one.
