Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counseling
PMOC is the required orientation and counseling session for couples applying for a marriage license in Bago City. It is conducted by the City Population and Development Office (BCPDO).
How it works
Couples complete four steps at the office. Staff issue PINs; partners use the station PCs for profile and assessment.

Registration
Staff register the couple and issue two PINs (male and female) for the day.

Profile & assessment
Each partner enters their PIN, completes the profile form, and answers the MEAI assessment.

Counseling
The couple attends Pre-Marriage Orientation (PMO) and Pre-Marriage Counseling (PMC).

Certificate
After attendance, a certificate is issued. A QR code lets anyone verify it online.
About PMOC
The Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counseling program helps couples understand family life, responsible parenthood, and the requirements for a marriage license. Sessions in Bago City are facilitated by the City Population and Development Office. Records from this office stay on this installation only.
